Looking for help developing e-learning program for franchisees

I own a small business services company w/ 50 franchisees across the US. I limited training budget. Any suggestions on effective, low budget LMs tools for business? Also looking for free lance consultant to help me pull it together.

This is a common need that is growing quite rapidly. Your question is not easy to answer however there are options.
You could try delivering your training via Facebook, using a tool called UDUTU. Its a very user-friendly app that takes advantage of the Facebook interface and community. It has LMS capabilities and course Authoring capabilities.
http://udutu.com/

You could also try one of the hosted MOODLE services. They will have staff that can help you get up and running and even provide a consultant help for you:
ClassroomRevolution.com
MoodleRooms
Remote-Learner.net

This should get you started. Unless, you are looking to just pass everything off to a consultant in which case they will do all the research and find the best solution for you and implement it. However, that can run into the tens of thousands of dollars very quickly. Let me know if the price tag is not a bother and I'll connect you with some consultants that are VERY good.

Good luck and let me know how it goes.
Cheers!
